Booking Policy
Dialcallreply.com facilitates your travel bookings with travel providers but is not responsible and has no liability in respect to such bookings. The identity of the travel provider and the terms and conditions applicable to your booking with them will be notified to you at the time of booking. It is the responsibility of the customer to please ensure that you read and understand their terms and conditions before making any bookings.
Some conditions that you must understand before booking are:-
· You agree to comply in full with all applicable travel provider terms and acknowledge that breaching it could result in the cancellation of bookings, revocation of frequent flier miles and other benefits.
· After booking with us if you face any problem then you must first contact us for assistance.
· Payment must be paid full with a valid credit card at the time of booking with a verifiable billing address
· By booking with us you authorize dialcallreply and its third party to process the charge for the total amount of booking
· You represent and warrant that you are of sufficient age and legally authorized to act on behalf of another person and information provided by you is correct, accurate and true in all respects
Payment methods
All the payments can be made by the payments methods listed on the website. While booking with us we need your debit or credit card details which are passed to the travel product and service suppliers for booking formalities. For this you need to pay an extra service fee to them added to the amount of booking. If there is any problem with bookings we contact you within 48 hours and are not liable for any subsequent increase in fee due to payment failures. Any hike in price must be paid by the customer not by us.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation
After booking with us you can change, cancel or modify the booked travel product or service but the method of doing it will depend on the specific airline, fare rules and supplier’s terms and conditions. For any kind of cancelation or modifications, there will be specific requirements that you have to meet.
· Before making any cancellation it is your responsibility to get familiarize yourself with third party specific cancelation terms and conditions
· Cancellation of the bookings can be done either through the user login details given on the website, mobile application or by calling the customer care
· Any cancellation is subject to cancellation charges which are mentioned on the ticket
· After making a cancellation/change request you will receive an email asking for confirmation for further processing. If in any case, you do not receive any message then it is your responsibility for contacting us. We are not responsible if due to any technical reasons the confirmation process is not completed.
Refund
· All the refund requests made to us directly or through the agent from whom the travel arrangements were purchased in writing.
· Claims of refund must be made within 10 days of completion of travel arrangement and must be claimed through your travel insurance
· The refundable portion of your purchase price will be refunded to you once we receive it back from the suppliers and under any circumstances, we are not held responsible for the supplier’s failure to pay the refund
· If after booking you want to cancel or change the bookings the service fee charged at the time of booking is not refundable
